You may remember the proposal I shot last summer while on vacation in Door County...my cousin popped the question to his beautiful girlfriend...and a whole year has flown by...they are now Mr. & Mrs.!!
Logistically it made the most sense for Kaci and her awesome bridesmaids and family to get ready at my house. I was honored and delighted to be a part of their wedding day preparations.
It's not everyday I have a gorgeous bride get ready in my bedroom. It sure made my commute easy.
And sweet Vivi and her little shadow (my Kyler). She is the boy version of him. These two were inseparable and he still asks when he is going to see "that girl" again? ;)
It was a special moment when I got to chauffeur Kaci to see Matty for their first look. I took the Sub in for a special cleaning beforehand ;) Didn't want any crumbs on her dress.
These two have a very one-of-a-kind bond...they opted to hold hands and say a prayer together before seeing each other face-to-face.
They made my job easy.
My cousin, Matty...aren't you only seven years old?? When did you grow up into such an amazing man?
This happens to be the same church Chad & I got married in almost 12 years ago. (Faye got married here too ;)
That's Chad & my kids ;)
My aunt & uncle and grandparents.
Real, unscripted moment here...love it.
These "Bridesmaids" were outstanding.
Matt has been a fan of WWF since he could walk...as well as a fan of the "Discount Double Check." Luckily Kaci is a Packer fan as well...I think that could have been a deal breaker. She is his match on so many levels.
Mmmm...that licorice. OMG.
You may recognize this couple from their September 2011 wedding :)
In keeping with the "Bridesmaids" theme...Kaci's sisters NAILED, and I mean NAILED the speech from the movie...Hi-larious! It took a few minutes for everyone to catch on, but once they did, we were rolling.
Ky lasted as long as he could, but he finally gave in...
Congrats to a wonderful couple with a special place in my heart. I wish you many, many years of happiness and love.
