Lung Transplant is Underway...

Prayer request for Ken -- at this very moment he is under anesthesia and heading in for his lung transplant.

****UPDATE - Sunday: Transplant went great. He is doing well so far. The lung he received was a perfect match for him and was extremely healthy. The sad part is that someone very young lost their life tragically on Friday. All we know is that it came from out of the state. We look forward to contacting the family and thanking them for this wonderful gift; however, while we are celebrating, they are grieving. I am so sad for their loss.
This donor was not on the donor list for very long, but by making the decision to be a donor, was able to save the lives of several people. Please register to be an organ donor if you are not one already.
