Bright Lights, Big City

Meghan & Pat knew the best way to get an engagement session started was with some liquid encouragement ;)  I met up with them at a local watering hole down in the city and we had a ball.

They are planning a spring wedding up in Lake Geneva at the Riviera (my new favorite place to shoot).

Meghan, what a gorgeous bride you will be.

Pat is in the Air Force Reserves and is an Airmen First Class.  How cool is that?

We hit some of their favorite places, and to them, any place with coffee is a good place.

She shot until we ran out of light.  This was taken with only the sun (which had set) as our light source.  I was at 3200 ISO.  I really like the feel of it.

Meghan & Pat, thank you so much for such a fun evening.  I hope you love your sneak peek and have a great time in Door County this weekend!  We were supposed to be going up there, but we are staying closer to home and spending the weekend in Lake Geneva with my fam.  Enjoy!

  1. Kelly, you are so gifted! Thanks for making it possible for me to share just a little bit of my niece's engagement from far away (Nashville). She is so beautiful, and they are so in love! You really captured them in their element.
